We do not offer a refund for change-of-mind as these are specialist, low volume parts.


We will exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased for the correct item, provided you return the original item, undamaged and pay for return shipping of the incorrect part and replacement part.


We offer a 12 month repair/replace warranty on defects in materials and workmanship in the goods you have purchased from us. We will also cover the cost of shipping new items to you in the case of replacing defective items. We EXPRESSLY do not cover additonal costs to fit and parts or transmissions.

We reserve the right to ask for inspection and/or detailed photographs of items involved in warranty claims to determine correct installation. This allows us to determine the approval or denial of any warranty claim.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
